Rory who was the electrician who came to my place. Had very good sense humour and also down to earth. Very understanding and respectful and knowledgeable about his work. He did great and very thorough job sealing off the power plug, also made sure power-shortage was safe. Also made sure there was no faulty wiring.

Audem Electrical attended my property as part my a hail damage insurance claim. I received excellent communication from them around scheduling of the appointment as well as reminder text messages and “I’m on the way” text - all very helpful. The technician (Tim) was very friendly and personable.

Matt was good he knows his job well. Was nice and friendly, easy to ask questions. Informed me what he was doing and gave me information. He informed me I could download for my particular solar brand. Which was great, no one else has told me about the app. Great job thanks,

Audem was very well organised, reminding me of my appointment and the arrival of my technician. My technician Ethan was very friendly and professional, and took the time to explain the workings of my solar system, which I greatly appreciated.
