A Lesside Services administrative staff member was very responsive to my phone call seeking information on the replacement of an air conditioning unit in an apartment of mine. I was promised a timely quote, which was provided. The price was very competitive and a new unit was installed in a timely manner. I am assuming the quality of the unit is good as it is a brand I suggested. All round, my experience was of a professional operation which provided a timely and competent service for a reasonable price.

It started a bit bumpy but eventuated to a great outcome. I reached out to them to install networking cables in my house. After the first quote, I got no answers from them for 2 weeks despite my reminders. I had given up on them, but they eventually reached out again and offered a great adjusted quote with a fair price. After I locked that in, I had to wait 2 weeks for the installers to come. On the day, they arrived on time, were friendly and did a great job with the installation. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns on the spot. So apart from the ghosting at the beginning, I can only recommend their services and I'll be a returning customer.

I had Al and Chris today. This was part of a samsung warranty repair. My whole experience has been great and very timely. Not only did they order the components for repair of the faulty unit but also helped me understand my unit. As a this is our first time having a ducted unit it was much appreciated. Some damage was found in the ducted connections in the roof, they also repaired upon the installation visit.
