Josh and Tegan make a fantastic team! From booking the appointment with Tegan over the phone to Josh completing the installation, everything was smooth and professional. Living in a first-floor unit meant my install needed extra piping for the run-off. Tegan was incredibly patient and explained the quote clearly so I could easily understand it. When Josh arrived, his attention to detail and craftsmanship were second to none. He cleaned up everything before leaving, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I got a few quotes from other installers, and these guys were not only the most affordable but also delivered outstanding work. Josh, Tegan and the team are excellent to deal with. We've used them for everything from general domestic work (fans/lights) to spa installation and solar system. Josh and his apprentice did an amazing job with our new lights! We were so happy to arrive home with beautiful lights! We recently bought a house and I was quite unhappy with the lack of ambient lighting. I got in touch with Josh and he was warm & friendly, prompt and efficient with everything. We had new front lights installed, a new socket in the garage, down lights in our living room, foyer and bedroom. Josh also attached spot lights in our garden. This was all done just before my husband's backyard party so the guests were really impressed! We definitely want more things done and would only trust JEP Services with our electrical needs! JEP Services did the electrical work for our new home and shed, installing all power points, lights, smoke alarms, etc. Josh and Kayla were super-professional and efficient and it was a real pleasure having them on site. Lovely people who are clearly focused on delivering top quality service at very fair prices. Josh went out of his way to accommodate our needs when things went wrong in our build, displaying admirable patience and understanding and doing his best to help in any way he could through a crisis situation. I would award 20 stars if I could, and any time I need electrical work done, I know who to call. They are simply fantastic.

We would highly recommend JEP Services. They replaced all our lights and installed a fan in our unit. Josh and Tegan were very punctual , cleaned up after completion nothing was any trouble so obliging. Very reasonably priced. We would definitely use them again.
