Excellent service from Hopkinson Electrical. They arrived on time and completed the repair professionally, safely removing the old eye bolt, reinforcing with timber, installing a heavy-duty galvanised eye bolt, replacing tiles and waterproofing, and notifying Energex. Shaun and his colleague were friendly, honest, and explained everything clearly. Workmanship is high quality and compliant. I’d happily use them again and recommend them to others.
