Really happy finding our new go to electricians...after texts being ignored several times from our regular 2 electricians (presumably because it's busy in the months before Christmas), I decided to investigate others in the area. Rang and spoke to Tom who was informative, friendly and professional. The fact that someone actually picks up their phone here was refreshing! He was able to find a slot for me before Christmas for a heap of jobs we'd been stockpiling, and sent the lovely Kyle to do the work. Another friendly, informative staff member! I received a text when he was going to be running a little late from the agreed time, and he was here when he said he would be. We explored different options with different jobs and the possible difference in price. He absolutely was doing the best for his customer. Work done was perfect - very happy:)

Young Kyle came to the house, identified the issue and fitted and fixed what was wrong quickly and efficiently. He even gave us ideas about air-conditioning and fitting. Will use DB Electrical for all electrical work in the future. Good fair price as well.
