He diagnosed and fixed all the issues promptly and professionally at a very reasonable price. He’s polite, punctual, with great communication, but what stood out most was how kind and warm he was. Josh’s calm and friendly attitude really reassured me during a stressful moment and made me feel at ease. Couldn’t recommend him more!

Bailey arrived on time, and explained the work he was going to carry out. He carried out the service quickly, including cleaning the external unit, and without any fuss, and also politely answered the questions I had regarding our ducted system. The service took approximately the time he estimated upon arrival. We are happy with the service provided and we will be in contact again when the system next requires servicing/repair.

Young Trady Bailey, arrived near on time. He was friendly and respectful and even though he couldn't fix our problem because it turned out to be out of his scope of works, he did refer us to the correct person who was also efficient and helpful. Would definitely use Shaw again.
