Absolutely amazing experience! Dylan, Zac, Blake and Kevin were so respectful and a pleasure to be around. They completed a massive job within a blink of an eye without skipping on quality. They were mindful about people working from home and made accommodations to support without disruption. From the get go Sorted Electrical have been fantastic. George came out and gave me a very reasonable quote and explained the necessity to some of the item upgrades he had quoted me. He was able to fit me in to be the work done the following week. Dylan, Blake and Zac were great on day of install. Very thorough, polite and efficient. The men worked through the heat and were a pleasure to chat with throughout the day. Even the clean up was quick and thorough! We will definitely be coming back to the team at Sorted Electrical for any future work we need completed.

Aiden, the owner is an innovative and proud business owner who obviously cares for his clients and tradesmen / workers. They're prompt with their communication and have a solid workflow from quote / brochure and on spot work, to how bigger jobs can be tackled. George, who we had an initial meeting / walkthrough / quote with is a very professional and knowledgable tradesman. He was very respectful and friendly, asked questions, our goals and managed our expectations very well. He gave us tips and suggestions that assisted in our rennovation planning. George, you're a legend. The team of gentleman that came out really were great. Flynn, the tradesman in charge on site is a weapon. He's switched on, approachable, and a problem solver. He speaks to his team with respect and nothing was too difficult on the day, he offered suggestions through the works that made sense and always double checked what we wanted, if we were happy. Afterwards he checked how clean the job area was left and that everything was functioning and we were happy. Kevin and Dylan were on site as well, both were eager, professional and respectful. They were happy to answer questions, were polite, communicative and hard working. I was very happy with their work and how much they respected my house. Jordan - who was on work experience from school was also part of this team on the day and he did a great job. It's very nice to see young people getting out there, and businesses who are willing to give them a run. Sorted will be my first mob to call if I need more electrical work done. As a first step in giving the house a facelift, we had sorted do: The internet access point moved, new internet ports put in, a WAP, new and compliant smoke alarms installed, 7 new fans, new air conditioner and unit. New wall sockets, ethernet ports, switch board / isolators and surge protectors, generator transfer switch / inlet and 4 downlights. We supplied a handful of items such as the WAP and downlights which they had no issue with at all. Here is a photo of the new living room fan and aircon unit the boys installed (before doing any serious work / rennovations). Cheers

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thanks to Dylan, Stuart, and Blake for the fantastic job they did! They installed our new air conditioning system, mounted three TV wall brackets, handled all the wiring connections (including NBN), and neatly covered up the old A/C unit — all done to a very high standard. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. Everything was installed securely and tidily, and they made sure the wiring was clean and well organised. They also left the place spotless when they finished. On top of their great workmanship, Dylan, Stuart, and Blake are genuinely nice guys — friendly, polite, and with a great attitude throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their services and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
