I have had the privilege of knowing George for about 5 years. I meet him when we were inquiring about solar panels, he came out ,spoke to us and supplied us a better system than what we were being offered by others for around $4000 cheaper. About 2 years ago I lost his number and only by fluke I found it after we had been talking to companies about batteries. This time with the battery system,he came out spoke to us about all different options and methods of how to utilise the best out of the battery. This time a bigger battery more options and information than offered by other companies and around $6000 cheaper. He is organising the same system for my daughters house . The installers themselves were brilliant, nothing was to hard for them, as in answering any questions and explaining everything even while they were working. I would very highly recommend this company if you are looking into batteries, solar etc . I think you will be very surprised how easy and friendly they are , and above all cheaper than than quote I got an cheaper than any systems my friends have purchased. Syd

I recently had a solar system installed by Custom Solar Power and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. What really stood out to me was how much effort they put into understanding my actual needs before recommending anything. They took the time to properly analyse my electricity consumption and requirements, and only then suggested a system that made sense for my house. It never felt like they were trying to oversell — the focus was clearly on getting the right system for me. Michael came out to my place and spent hours explaining everything in detail. He walked me through how the system works, why that specific configuration was recommended, and how it would match my usage. I really appreciated the patience and transparency. It gave me a lot of confidence in the decision. On installation day, everything went smoothly. We had almost no power outage, which was impressive. The installation itself looks extremely professional, and the components are neat and well set up. They also left the place clean and tidy. Overall, I’d highly recommend Custom Solar Power.

Great experience from the start by George, Zaren and install by Tom was very professional, I was even asking him questions about the system the next day and he replied without any hesitation. I had my FoxEss battery installed late last year and power bills are proving it was a great investment. I would highly recommend CSP.

Great battery advice and installation! Zaren, George and the CSP team have been extremely helpful for over 6 months as I have navigated the world of solar batteries. They were incredibly patient and informative and realistic in all their responsive communications. CSP installed my panels 18mths ago as a subcontractor to another company we started with - but I have been even more impressed dealing with them on the battery direct. We have a 6.6kwh array and added a new Sungrow 10kw Inverter and 38kw battery - installed in 2 stacks in the garage. Everything was installed in the day by a very friendly and responsive team led by Leigh and ably supported by Troy and Luke. System looks great, works very well and the ongoing support has been very much appreciated. Highly recommend the CSP team!

Custom Solar Power have been amazing. Trying to find the best provider and understand what was the best system for our needs was incredibly difficult and confusing. Paul was incredibly patient with me always answering my questions and explaining the options in a timely matter. The installers were great and helpful. I snuck up on the system we now have by adding over three different times and Paul was so accommodating. I now feel I have the best system for us possible and so incredibly happy. I feel we are doing the best thing for us and the environment.
