My experience was five-star from start to finish. In an industry where delays are common, their efficiency was incredible—the entire process took only six days from the initial site visit to completion. Gail on reception was always helpful and courteous, the four tradesmen who worked on-site over two days were professional, polite, and clearly focused on high-quality workmanship. I especially appreciated how they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves each day. ERC Electrical is now my go-to for all future needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for reliable, top-tier service.

They were efficient, skilled and knowledgable, and communicated excellently. Also, organising with their friendly office staff to book in the job was a breeze. Highly recommend these guys, and ill be using them again.
