Would give 10 stars if I could. If you’re upgrading your smoke alarms, these guys are the ones to call. I rang around for quotes and they were the only ones who could give an accurate price over the phone straight away. Made life so much easier not having to take extra time off work. Jo was unreal on the phone booked everything in, answered every question without making it feel like a hassle, and worked around the times that suited me. You can tell she actually enjoys her job, which was honestly refreshing. The installers (Alex and Caige) were just as good. I’ve got a big dog, and they made sure to call ahead with a proper ETA so I could sort him out. They worked fast, tested everything before they left, and were extremely professional the whole time. Even offered to take their boots off and cleaned up after themselves the whole thing was a breeze. Thanks boys. If you’re like me and calling around for quotes, even if someone is a tiny bit cheaper, don’t bother. Just go with this team. Worth the price, and you’ll know you’re dealing with people who actually know what they’re doing.

I found "Fully Wired" by searching through Google. I am really glad I did as I have had a very positive experience with this company throughout. Right from the courteous lady that booked me in to professional installers Matt and Zac, the whole thing was a breeze, The guys arrived early in the morning and installed new Cat-5 network cabling from my new FTTP node at the front of the house to 3 points throughout the house- the study, Bedroom and family dining. They removed the old cables from the roof and Zac even gave me an update on the roof condition. They cleaned up and left us really satisfied. All 3 points are working extremely well. I plan to use these guys again soon for some Electrical work. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for some Electrical work to be done.

Couldn't fault the boys today and the wonderful customer service given to me by Jo - always being very patient, thorough and accomodating. Caige and Ollie were punctual, happy, really helpful and meticulous in ticking off all the items I needed done. They went the extra mile to help fix things for me and were so nice to assist in figuring out some additional issues I was having. Highly recommend. Thank you for today boys.
