Brad and the team at Choyce Electrical are super responsive as well as being friendly, professional, communicative and fairly priced. Choyce have helped us with emergency repairs, general wiring, air con installation and new, compliant smoke alarms. I've recommended them to friends and they all agree Choyce are their first choice!

Massive thanks and appreciation to Brad and the team at Choyce Electrical who were the first and only offer of help with the loan of a generator after Cyclone Alfred left me without power for 5 days. I didn't know Brad, but within minutes of posting a call for help when we were completely isolated - no power, water, internet, nothing - Brad responded, and as the days dragged on with downed powerlines on my road, extended the loan of the generator without question. A truly generous and selfless guy and a business I would recommend to no end, because a great business is only as great as the values of its owner, and this one is a winner.

update 2024 - Power constantly kept tripping out after a remote meter install, had spent days with power company to resolve but no help and useless. Called Brad and despite super busy got someone out same day, offered a generator while we waited to keep home office and fridge running, Allan arrived couple hrs later and had issue sorted in no time - no more outages - polite, understanding with a high strung doggie, explained everything, everyone just top of the game. Thanks again guys, Highly recommended. 2022 - 2023 Best experience, We are toward the end of a rather significant renovation in an older house, with months of dust / demo / construction now behind us. Started with kitchen and bathroom and the odd light fitting but got a lot bigger with what seems an endless array of add on bits added around the house as we went along. Staff= are well presented, polite and knowledgeable Works= carried out quickly and efficiently, mess cleaned up Reliability= bookings, appointments were all met with crew arriving on the doorstep on scheduled days, called ahead if there was a change to appointment dates or times. Interaction= very professional both electronically and in person, were great with family, understanding toward pet situation and worked with us as needed to keep everyone happy including pets. A very Big thank you to the team that worked at our home, it was a great experience collaborating with Allan and the boys over the time they were here, they were just great. Fantastic customer service experience, great to deal with. Highly recommend Choyce Electrical.

Brad and his team have just completed a job for us and we couldn't be happier. They were professional, turned up on time, communicated well throughout the whole job and did it in the most cost effective and efficient way.
