    I want to thank everyone for your wonderful support of our business. It is very much appreciated. And to Jannine, I apologise for Chris not turning up. We are never like thot with our business. Chris ended up in intensive care in September, and was having trouble breathing, and as a result he couldn’t tell me what jobs he had booked in for the 3 weeks he was in there. So I was unable to phone anyone. I know the damage is done, and you will not use us for future electrical work, but you are owed an explanation. I just don’t know how to contact you directly.
