The after service was remarkable. I had some concern about the installation in the next day, and it got solved in two hours from I contacted the CS to the technician arrived. Calm and Cool is really reliable and highly recommend.

The 10-year-old ducted system in my townhouse was never cold since I moved in a yaer ago. Jack was very thorough when checking the system to identify the issues. He found was a leakage of refrigerant and the rest of the system was working properly. At the same time, the indoor unit was not powerful enough so the air was not strong. After fixing the seal and recharge the refrigerant, I could immediately feel the cold air coming from the vent. It makes a big difference in the hot weather. Jack also did clean up after his job, which I really appreciated. Overall, I am very satisfied with his professionalism and politeness.

I would recommend Calm and Cool Elefix for ducted aircon repair. Our air con stopped working on Wednesday morning.
