Mick and his team is always punctual and reliable, and take the time to clearly explain everything they’re doing, which makes the whole process stress-free. They’re very transparent — you know exactly what work is being done and how much it will cost, with no surprises. They also do their best to fit you in as soon as possible, usually within days rather than weeks, which makes a huge difference. They are friendly and super easy to deal with. I use Mick across multiple properties and have recommended him to friends and family for all jobs, small and large.

Arc Force Electrical did an excellent job. They came out on Saturday and thoroughly tested all the electrical connections at my West End stall to ensure everything was compliant and safe. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Thanks to their attention to detail, everything passed inspection and was properly tagged. I really appreciated their punctuality and clear communication throughout the process. Highly recommend them if you need reliable and competent electrical work

I’ve just had ArcForce install an air con for the second time, but most recently for my mum. The entire team is friendly, kind and does the job right. Michael, the owner and his two installers, Zach and Eli, I’ve now met twice are gorgeous people who work fast, efficiently and leave the site clean. Michael accommodated my special request at a busy time and I’m forever grateful to him, Eli and Zach. To top it off, the price was lower than I expected. Thanks guys. You’re the best!

Mick did a fantastic job installing a new air-conditioning unit in my rental property. He was very quick with quoting and his fees were very reasonable. He took photos of the installed unit and everything was as agreed. Very good communication and his suggestions were very helpful. We will definitely use his service again.
