Great initial consult, very transparent with what work needed to be done, great communications, and provided extra value by educating us on rebates available. The install was on time, technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable, and delivered the service efficiently for 2 units installed in a double storey home. Even went on to train me on the use of the 2 units, including how to service them. Could not fault.
