Advanced One

The team that installed my split-system (Arkan and his group of 3) were really good. They arrived right on time, were friendly and did the job in an expedient manner. They even moved my bed out, vacuumed and moved the bed back. I was really happy with the work and, even more importantly, with the team who did the work. Thank you. :)

Advanced One were brilliant - with a special shout out to Rebecca Shephard and Oscar Farlam. We originally arranged the installation of an air conditioner in our apartment in Canberra. Oscar was prompt, helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the installation, even though it was a challenging instal due to the age and structure of the building. About seven months later, the apartment complex suffered water damage after a series of storms and the body corporate placed the blame on our air conditioner and its installation. We were charged with thousands of dollars in damages and were extremely stressed, obviously! When I contacted Rebecca at the Advanced One admin team, she got back to me immediately. She and Oscar worked with me over the next couple of weeks to confirm that the air conditioner and Advanced One had nothing to do with the water damage and had in fact been installed with the utmost precision and attention to detail. Bec and Oscar's generous time and professional attitude made a distressing situation manageable and ultimately resolvable. It was a top tier demonstration in how to do customer relations. Thank you Bec and Oscar - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Advanced One team to everyone I know.

Efficient booking/scheduling system. Advanced One's chosen subcontractor Martin & Co. Electrical installed 2 split units at my place. They were professional, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy overall with Advanced One and Martin & co. Electrical.
