I can’t recommend NT Auto Repairs enough. The customer service and professionalism are outstanding. John and his team really know their stuff and always take the time to explain what’s wrong with my car and what needs to be done. A few years ago another mechanic in the area quoted me around 65 to 75 dollars each for spark plugs to fix an engine misfire, not including labour. I took my car to John instead and he supplied the spark plugs for almost half the price. Since then I’ve kept coming back, not just for the fair pricing but because they’re honest and professional every time.

I had a small miracle happen when I went to NT Auto repairs. My car got towed in from Litchfield being stuck in low 4 gear. Although every mechanic is busy in Darwin especially this time of year John look at it straight away to see what was wrong. Unfortunately I needed a complete new transfer box as the existing one was corroded. Again instead of waiting weeks he got the genuine Toyota parts on quick and repaired it a lot sooner than his initial estimate of time. He also took the time to show me what was wrong and explained the part to me. He went out of his way to help me and I would highly recommend this business.

John and his team are awesome. My wife and I both drive Alfa's. Hers was in last week for some work. John said before I drove away that the car would run so much nicer, and he was so right. Thank you. My wife comes home next week, and she will be so happy. 😊
