We have had solar panels and batteries recently installed by Eco Tech Electrical. From our first meeting through instalment the team provided all relevant details, instalment procedures and costing upfront. The installing team were extremely professional, polite and kept us in the loop at all times, completing a full install in just 6 hours. The admin team were extremely helpful and fully upfront regarding cost, date of install and closing documentation. Everyone was extremely helpful. Very competitive pricing with clear technical advice helping us step by step through whole process. Great logistical support organising higher value replacement panels (originals recalled) at no extra cost during Darwin’s difficult wet season supply chain. Installation completed with minimal disruption in spite of the manufacturers and seasonal transport delays. We were looking for a reliable company to supply and instal a solar system for our unit. As soon as we met David we felt comfortable with him as he was very open and honest with us and was patient in answering all our questions. We trusted his advice on what system to go with and although we had other quotes that were cheaper we trusted Eco and so we went with them. The install team were very efficient and did a great job with minimum disturbance to us and our neighbours. .We are very happy about the whole experience. Highly recommend them.

We had a solar panel and battery system installed by Dave and the team at Ecotech. I can not recommend them enough. Firstly, they were the only company to come and meet with us and discuss options and then do a site inspection before given us a quote. The quote was very competitive and the workmanship was top class. They turned up and did whatever they said they would on time, they assisted with the grant docs and process and did a great handover at the end. To top this off the roof flooded a month after install - it was no problem for Dave and the team to check it out the next day. Turns out the problem was blocked gutters! The guys cleared the gutters and didn’t even ask us to pay for it! 5 Stars all round.
