I had a couple of electrical related issues with a unit in Palmerston that required attention quickly due to a property settlement. Billy Ray of Neptune Electrical &Technology was just great, a good communicator and turns up when he says he will, he attended to the initial job straight away and required paperwork came through that day. The second job I was waiting on a part I ordered to arrive in Darwin which turned up after I flew out but Billy Ray liased with the part company picking it up and the property agent to access install and test. This helped me out big time and all completed before settlement and for a fair price also. We had a sudden power outage at our property. Called Neptune and Bill Ray arrived within half an hour. Absolutely genuine and professional guy. He located the fault, sorted it and left everything perfect. I can't recommend Bill Ray enough. Very friendly and super efficient.
