I was looking for repairs to my portable Engel fridge and came across Rado. Tim and the team at Rado made my problem disappear. Excellent front counter service with people who know their products inside out. They don’t really do domestic fridgecwork unfortunately. Did I mention you rent a replacement or a portable air conditioner for your camping needs?

We took our fridge to get tested here and the service was great! Tim and Josh were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us work out what the problem was. Anyone needing help with van/camping fridges we would highly recommend their service! So helpful, friendly and bloody awesome! 10/10

Have used these guys a few times over the past couple of years. Have always found their customer service exemplary. Understand they are now part of the Baldwin Group which is a Territory born and bred operation. Went in recently and got great service and pricing again so looks like it's onwards and upwards for this business.

A little time back I called into RADO with an error showing on my Ironman fridge. The staff were amazing checking the fridge, draw on the vehicle battery and giving great advice about how to use the fridge settings properly. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this company

WOW! The team at Rado/Baldwin Group were terrific to deal with! After having another large refrigeration company come out to inspect our commercial fridge and walking away, Rado came out within 3 hours and fixed the problem. The team here are courteous, knowledgeable and consistently trying to serve their clients to the highest standard. I highly recommend them! It's great seeing a business that put's the customer first!!

While Rado were unable to attend to our caravan fridge due to having sold that part of the business the lovely young lady working there was so helpful and gracious. She referred us to NT Appliances but they were less than helpful in our case. Thank you dear lady, whose name I can't remember. 💞
