Great experience front to finish. Replied quickly when I asked for a quote, attended the house to access what was needed. On the day, the electrician was polite, friendly and efficient. The one thing I really liked been in a service business myself is that once the job was booked in they sent an email with an introduction to the electrician assigned to my job; with his photo and run down about his background and qualifications. Great touch in my opinion, never seen this before.

Saunders’ electrical carried out a high level of professionalism in my home from start of the job till the completion. The most neat and tidy tradies I’ve ever seen and so well mannered and sufficient. Communication was always front of mind from the moment I contacted the company for a job booking and punctuality was sublime. Oliver’s communication and knowledge is excellent. He took the time to understand the problems we were having and, after fixing the issues, to then explain what was causing them. He was flexible with his availability as well, which was much appreciated!

Oliver Saunders was very patient while I asked many questions over my fan replacement but resulted in simple quoting process!! Manny came out and did the install in no time.
