Chris & the team at Sapphire Trade Services have been our go to Electricians for some time. Our last engagement with the Sapphire Team was a whole house upgrade of our internal lighting. We were looking for a solution that prevented the need to consistently replace our halogen down lights as we were looking to tenant our property. Chris took the time the come sit down with myself and outline the options available to us. We landed on an upgrade to LED lights and 12 months on we could not be happier with the result. Not only has it improved the quality of the lighting within the home, we have also seen a reduction in our power usage along with a reduction in maintenance. Sapphire's no fuss approach along with the quality of their trades men (they left zero mess!!!) mean that we would strongly recommend.

Chris and Gavin from the Sapphire team are everything I hoped for when looking for Electricians. Friendly, thorough, accommodating and tidy. They rewired my old house completely and took out all the old wiring and metal conduits rather than leaving them behind, a tricky job in an old house that isn't very forgiving. They did all that and accommodated my extra requests and changes of mind with grace. Chris provided advice and help on what to order. Then they expertly fitted; fans, lights and switches and put everything back where they found it and vacuumed up behind them and then took the rubbish away. And they did all this while working around and being lovely to my super large dog who regularly wanted attention. I highly recommend them. They're just great.

Super job responding to my emergency electrical power outage one afternoon. The lady who answered my desperate phone call was really helpful and contacted Chris, who came that afternoon and did a quick fix for overnight. He returned the next morning and fixed the problem. He gave me a full explanation of what needed updating, and cleaned any mess made afterwards. Very happy with the work.
