A huge thank you to the team at Eco Ease for making our solar and battery purchase seamless and genuinely educational. From my first contact with Benn, his knowledge and helpful advice set Eco Ease apart from the other quotes we received. Benn also highly recommended the Sigenergy system, which I absolutely love so far. Tom went above and beyond to fast-track the installation and was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions. Hamish and the installation team were legends. They were a great bunch of guys, and nothing was too much trouble. We had some hectic winds on the day, and they even called in backup to get the job done safely and on time. Hamish has also been fantastic post-install, helping with a few teething questions. Overall, I cannot recommend Eco Ease enough. I’ve already passed their details on to a few mates who are planning installations in the new year. Thanks, team!

Last week, we had Eco Ease Solar install our new solar system, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Benn and his team at Eco Ease demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to quality service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every step was handled with care and precision. Benn, in particular, stood out with his deep knowledge of solar technology and his ability to explain complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He took the time to assess our energy needs and recommend the best solution for our home. The installation process itself was smooth and efficient. Benn's team arrived on time, worked diligently, and maintained a clean work environment throughout. They were respectful of our property and ensured that everything was installed correctly and to our satisfaction. Not only did Eco Ease provide excellent service during installation, but they also offered comprehensive post-installation support. Benn took the time to walk us through the operation of our new system and provided us with tips on maximizing its efficiency. Overall, I am highly impressed with Eco Ease and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering a solar installation. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction make them a standout choice in the solar industry. Thank you, Benn and team, for a job well done!

5 stars because I don’t want to ruin your reviews as I haven’t actually had anything installed - but I had a bad experience. I reached out for a quote in November, had prompt contact from Benn who said he would organise a quote after sending through energy bills. After sending energy bills I haven’t had any contact, radio silence.

We just had a power wall 2 and a 6 kW solar system added to our existing solar system. Clinton and the crew were fantastic and I could not fault anything they done. Installation was perfect and the crew were fantastic. I could highly recommend this crew and company if you are thinking of solar or battery installation.
