He showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got my dryer working again like new. Matt is one of those rare professionals who’s not only skilled, but also friendly, respectful, and genuinely passionate about helping his customers. After we bought a Westinghouse induction stove top, we needed it to be installed plus also have our old gas stove top disconnected, and I was expecting I would need to contact two different tradies, but nope, Detlev did it all :). The professional service received from all of Detlev staff was great. From the administration staff, to Adam who game out to quote the job, and the tradies who came out to do the work, and it has made such a big difference and looks great. Thank you Jasper. I've had Detlev's around three times so far for odd jobs around my house. Highly professional local company. We purchased a stove/hobb and needed someone to install. Detlevs’s was recommended as the preferred installer. They sent a tech/site surveyor to the house to see if the product would fit. It would not, without significant costs. We had an alternative, which was essentialy, same model with some design features. Detlev’s quoted us on the spot. Then we had to wait for the stove/hobb to arrive. Install team arrived within the window and gave us a 30 minute warming. They unpacked the new product and installed, removed the old products and took away the rubbish. All done and dusted in 30 minutes, Best install ever.
