Brad from Level Electrical finished a range of minor electrical issues (inside and outside) on our home from fixing light switches that no longer work through to extending power to two water pumps outside the home. We are very happy with the zoned ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system Level recently installed at our property. David managed the process, and was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We actually had a number of companies come out to give us a quote, but David was the most thorough and personable in his approach. Everything was well communicated, and the pricing presented was very competitive. Installation took two days, and on both days the installers were punctual, courteous and diligent. David came out a week later to check the system was working and answer any questions we had. Overall, a very positive experience and a company I can highly recommend. UPDATE: Since posting my initial review, we have had two issues with our system (both hardware related rather than because of poor installation). Level have been very responsive, sending out workers to identify and fix both problems at short notice. We continue to be satisfied with our system and the service we have received!

I had excellent service from Level Electrical when I had an electrical fault that tripped a switch and we were without power and hot water services for a day. We rang Level Electrical and Tess explained that all the electricians were currently busy and it would be a few days before the job could be scheduled. After explaining our predicament, she rescheduled a less urgent job and routed Brad to our house in the same afternoon. Brad turned up promptly and fixed the problem and explained the probable cause. What impressed me was care from Tess about the urgent customer situation leading to a prompt action and depth of knowledge from Brad. Brad was super honest when I asked whether any components should be replaced. He explained the pros and cons. His advice was to wait and see as replacing switch components would be a major cost. We really appreciate the urgency and care from both Brad and Tess. We will definitely use Level for our future electrical and air conditioning service needs.

They were able to send someone out the same day, which was impressive Brad spent a good 3 hours thoroughly investigating where the problem was, and was able to fix it. He even helped us move our bed back into place. Very clear communication about what he was doing/why and similarly the cost for each part of the job was discussed before he began
