Level Electrical Hume

We hired Level to manage an upgrade to 3 phase power on our property. From start to finish they were exceptional. The quoting process was clear and transparent, the works were completed promptly and efficiently, and the tradesmen were polite and punctual. The office was easy to contact and essential details were communicated clearly and well in advance. A special shout out to Hayden (who provided excellent support throughout the process, even being willing to field an unrelated question on solar installations) and Jasper (who provided helpful information while on site and was just generally great to deal with). When we need future electrical works, we will definitely be calling Level again.

The team at Level Electrical were a pleasure to deal with - Hayden was very helpful with providing an initial quote after a site visit, Natasha was always prompt and courteous in her correspondence, and Matt did a super job installing GPOs with hardly any conduit and dealing with a pre-existing water leak in my meter box (and cleaned everything up after the job, which was awesome). All at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be recommending Level Electrical to my family and friends and reaching out to them for any future work.

Hayden installed my Tesla charger at my old house and did such a good job that I got him to do it at my new house. He is a very knowledgeable and smart guy. I also had a couple of other issues around the house that he was more than happy to take a look at and fix. Great service, great business.
