We contacted Connect Electrical to install a new induction cooktop. At the time we also discussed removing our gas connection and implementing Heat Pump Hot Water. The professional team at Connect Electrical gave us a high level of confidence before the work commenced. They also helped us with professional advice and support to meet our energy needs - ours was not a simple project given our Solar and Battery system and our specific needs in relation to energy management. They even went the extra mile to work with our supplier to pick up a delivery that wouldn't have otherwise made it to us on time, going above-and-beyond to ensure that everything was installed as promised. With Hot Water installation and gas disconnection Connect Electrical coordinated the project with our plumber to ensure that the work was delivered efficiently and in a coordinated way. AT one point we had seven tradies on site and they worked really well together and didn't seem to at all be tripping over each other. What impressed me was that all the details originally discussed in the plans were relayed faithfully to those doing the work - fantastic team work and customer service. Even better were the people who turned up on site. They were early, polite, respectful and worked diligently to get the work done with a minimum of fuss. I have worked with a number of electricians in the Canberra area, and Connect Electrical are amongst the best I have experienced. Overall, they were the best we have worked with considering all the components that needed to come together in a coordinated way. This firm is utterly professional and reliable. The tradies turn up when they are scheduled, they have been friendly and polite and efficient. We have used Connect a number of times and always the same service. The reception/ booking staff are likewise pleasant and helpful. Would strongly recommend them.
