Thermotek Windows and Doors

We love our Thermotek windows and doors! We have replaced all the windows and doors downstairs. They look amazing 12 .months on and are so easy to clean. We have noticed a difference with the heating and cooling efficiency of the house. The after service care is excellent as well. We are excited to be getting all the upstairs windows done very soon. Absolutely worth doing and highly recommend Thermotek!

Michael Collins, as the initial measurer and contact, was professional and helpful. Vanessa looked after us in terms of payment scheduling and accounting. A very professional installation which has led to improvements in noise levels and internal temperature variation. I would recommend Thermotek, but as a believer in you get what you pay for, be aware that it is not a cheap exercise

Faye De Gruchy is the absolute best at the company. She was able to expedite my windows and doors and provided exceptional service to my mother and I. She delivered high-quality doors, and everyone keeps asking me where I got them from and how long it took. I always mention Faye's name. She doesn’t discriminate, and her customer service is outstanding. My job was completed on time, and she always answers my calls and responds to my emails.

Michael @ Thermotek has been INCREDIBLE for our entire build, extremely helpful and professional, does what he says he will do and goes above and beyond. He remembered our build and was quick to answer any and all Q's. This guy deserves a pay rise! The windows are beautiful and very well made, not to mention their incredible insulative properties, they are the key feature to taking our build to the next level as far as design goes.
