From design, quoting, install and after sales service, you can't get any better than Satchells. The communication is on point, the quality of their products are second to none. Being a cabinetmaker for 25+ years, it's always a pleasure to deal with a company that has the same expectations of service that I've come to expect from Satchells. The fact that products used are of the same quality that I produce, and are Australian made and owned is a testament to the standards. I can't recommend Satchells enough and I'm grateful for the hard work and efficient service they provide.

We had built in wardrobes done and Sam was by far the best salesman and customer relationship person I have ever dealt with. He went out of his way to adapt to our needs and we're thrilled with the end result.

I used Satchels to rennovate my bedroom wardrobe. Oscar quoted the job & came back twice for final measurements. He was very professional & answered all my questions. Everything went very smoothly from the initial quote to installation. I would definitely recommend Satchels.

I had my wardrobe and bathroom done by satchells and I can't speak highly of them. Matt was so good with the wardrobe designs. I left it up to him and he really surprised us with the details and work. I would recommend satchells to anyone. Keep up the great work. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND SATCHELLS AND I'LL USE THEM AGAIN! This review is 6 months late... I'd had quotes for bedroom wardrobes from 2 other suppliers. 3.3m wide, full ceiling height (except for bulkhead), 3 x doors w mirror finish. Satchells came in under what the others quoted, and their courtesy and workmanship was/is IMPECCABLE! Not only this, but when a minor mishap occurred (my walls aren't straight & the side C-bracket came unglued at the bend), Satchells installers came out within 3 days and promptly fixed it (and with expertise, not a botched job!). Now that my wardrobes are in and functioning over 6 months...I LOVE THEM!!! VERY pleased with Satchells' work! I'll be using them for when we renovate our bathroom too! Tip: Go ceiling-high doors to utilise space, and go 3-track to avoid fights over which side of the wardrobe to access (best decision ever!)
