So appreciated, Nigel was able to come and fix our garage door only a couple of hours after me phoning for help when a cable broke. Replaced both side cables, fixed the dents which were caused by door coming down only one side and oiled it. Very efficient and very reasonably priced. Totally recommend this family business. Was having trouble coding my new remote control to my garage door. Rung Nigel up and spoke to Simone on the phone, she spent 30 minutes trying to help me so Nigel didn't have to come out for something so simple to fix. Simone was amazing help to me. Ended up after hanging up and waiting for her to call me back ( after asking Nigel for his advice), that I'd got the wrong remote!! Ughhh.....Nigel and Simone are amazing and will be who i call next time i need help with my garage door.
