We’ve had a set of sliding wooden bifold windows that had gotten so bad that one was hanging by a single pin and both were dragging at the bottom. David came out the day after I called and secured the problem window, before returning the next day to fix the other issues. Apart from needing a cosmetic touch up, they’re now operating better than when they were installed. David knows his stuff and it shows.
