We couldn’t be happier with the work Sam from Ultimate Construction Projects completed on our home. Sam renovated our main bathroom and ensuite, converted our garage into a second living area, and completed drainage works in the backyard — all to an exceptional standard. From start to finish, Sam was professional, reliable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to explain options, offered practical advice, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and the attention to detail really shows in every area of the renovation. The projects were completed efficiently, the site was kept tidy, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. It’s clear Sam takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the final result. We would highly recommend Ultimate Construction Projects to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled builder. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam again for future projects.

He maintained a clean and organized workspace throughout the project, and his respectful, professional nature made him a pleasure to deal with. Sam was always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Highly recommended!

We had an old deck demo'd and replaced with merbau, including a high roof, full railing and a set of stairs and a landing. Exceptional quality and a great experience.
