We recently replaced a 30 + year old carport using Allround Home Improvements, and the entire experience was simply amazeballs. Apart from Tom being a consummate professional, he is also just a bloody nice guy. From the initial inspection and quote, all the way through to the completion of the job, nothing was too difficult, every question was welcomed (and answered), and anything that may have presented as a potential issue, real or perceived, had a backup plan in place prior to installation. As it turned out, there was a minor dimensional change on the day to accommodate the existing stormwater (which had been previously discussed and planned for). Apart from that, the job went off without a hitch. Both Tom and Scott were wonderful to deal with and completed the job without any fuss whatsoever. Apart from being stronger and better built than the old one, the new carport looks far better thanks to the colour scheme proposed by Tom. I highly recommend Allround Home Improvements. All Round Home Improvements were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Tom was able to see our vision and add his experience and ideas to help us come up with final design.
