Roughly 11 years ago we used Hi-Craft Home Improvements for a side patio awning and were so pleased with the workmanship and materials used that we recently just approached them again to complete the rest of our vision for the backyard with a runaround awning. From the start with Gilly doing the initial measure and quote to the actual construction done by the amazing Scott C, the entire process was carried out with professionalism and a high standard. Scott is a gun, and he went above and beyond with his attention to detail ensuring that we were satisfied and happy with the end product and workmanship. The new awning has definitely been a game changer and has added that muchly needed dedicated alfresco space we've dreamed of. We replaced a good-weather deck with an all-seasons family room and it's great. The whole experience with Hicraft, from Sales to Admin, was friendly and professional. Hi-Craft did an absolutely incredible job. The patio cover and carport have not only made our house a far better place to live in from a practical standpoint, they have added class and beauty, very much in keeping with the existing style and colours of our home. We recently had an alfresco skillion patio and a solid wall privacy screen installed by Hi-Craft and are extremely happy with the result. The work looks fantastic and blends perfectly with the outdoor area. Everybody we spoke to were professional and efficient, Johnny the Designer Consultant, Norm the Project Manager and Matt our Installer. The job was completed in about three days with great attention to detail. Highly recommend Hi-Craft for quality workmanship.

From the initial consultation with Johnny and the visits from Norm, and the completion from Mick, I highly recommend Hi-Craft company with every step. Ours was not an easy project due to wanting our caravan to fit under our new carport, but the team met with us on a number of occasions and the boys came out and did their best to fit it in, my husband removed the old carport, which served us many years, but it was time to freshen up with a more aesthetically newer model. We could not be any more happier with the outcome and now thoroughly enjoy sitting at our front patio and admiring the results, had numerous neighbours comment on how it looks amazing too.
