LM Contracting

LM Contracting installed a pergola for us. Matt and his team (Paul and Danny) provided the best end- to-end customer experience. Matt was so easy to talk to when it came to discussing the details of what I wanted done, including how much I could afford. When it came to finally installing the pergola, it took just 2 days to complete the work. Paul and Danny arrived on time and left the place clean each day that they came to work. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Thank you!! I highly recommend them for all your outdoor pergola/awning needs.

Big thanks to Matt and Andre for our excellent new customised patio roof. Both are very easy to talk to, patient with people like me who don't even know what a fascia is, answered all my questions, and we got real value for money with top materials and workmanship. We now have an outdoor area we can enjoy and actually use. I'd recommend them to all.

Words cannot express how much that Matt and his team of tradesmen from LM contracting Paul , Danny and Liam . I had a lot of issues with my Stratco outback patio awning. This was installed by a different contractor. Nearly 2 years ago. Matt came out and went over my problems and told me that he can resolve my issues. The team came out and within two days they fix my problems. That had been ongoing since the awning was installed. So I can highly recommend that you give LM contracting a call for your new patios work

Matt and his team are extremely professional, thorough and perfectionist in what they do. The design of our patio was complicated but with Matt nothing is impossible. Matt will always go out o his way to help you out and make sure you are happy. He did our patio and decking and the finish and the quality of the work is immaculate and very impressive. Honest and reliable. Professional and high quality work. Quotes are very accurate and detailed. Price is reasonable. We appreciate the honest advise they gave during the quote process. They communicated the schedules of the work and all were done very timely. Definitely recommended!
