Rod came to my rescue after the nbn technician left me high and dry with an upgraded internet connection with no access to my modem or power!! Rod provided a quote for the work required the work was completed in a day. Rod and Brendan were both very professional and persistent in getting the system operational. They spent time investigating and resolving technical issues with the system providers.
