Unfortunately it happened on Christmas Day, a circuit breaker tripped and unfortunately wouldn’t reset and it had to affect the kitchen and preparation and cooking were just starting. After a frantic call, one of your electricians arrived at our door inside of 30 minutes of ringing, so the response time was excellent. After a quick inspection and having confirmed that everything on the circuit was unplugged, it was determined that by sheer luck I had a faulty breaker that decided Christmas was the perfect time to give up the ghost. The tech had a new circuit breaker installed within 5 minutes and patiently waited whilst we plugged every appliance back in and turned on, to ensure that everything was correct. I cannot thank the technician enough, that he came out and saved Christmas for my family and wasn’t bothered that I had interrupted his family time on such an important holiday, when he more than likely had his own things to do for his own family. If anybody is looking for a professional reliable team of Electricians, I couldn’t recommend anyone other than Stuart Johnson Electrical and I should also mention that the cost was more than reasonable and my wife was extremely grateful.
