We recently obtained quotes for air conditioning installation at our property and approached seven service providers via Brighte. Daniel from ACT Air & Electrical stood out as the only one who provided detailed advice along with a comprehensive quote covering three different options (ducted, multi-head, and individual split systems). His approach was thorough and practical. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, rather than simply recommending the most expensive solution. This helped us make an informed decision based on our home layout and budget. The installation was completed efficiently, and when we later requested an adjustment to improve the outdoor drainage setup, Daniel arranged a prompt follow-up and resolved it professionally. Overall, we found Daniel and the team to be knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to deal with. We would happily recommend ACT Air & Electrical to others considering air conditioning works.

Daniel and his team were wonderful! On time and within budget. Very professional service! Daniel even tamed our puppy and they became best friends. Daniel and his team serviced our gas heating and installed new (24) halogen lights and drivers. Superb job! Could not be happier. Would recommend his team to anyone.

ACT A&E came on a Sunday at the start of winter to check my problem. I then needed a new reverse cycle heater/air conditioner. Within a week I had it installed and operating for the approaching winter. They are fast, efficient, reasonably priced and take away all rubbish leaving a clean workplace behind. I would highly recommend Dan and his team.

Daniel and his team installed 3 split systems with their quote beating several other providers by hundreds for same units. I had numerous questions before deciding and Daniel was very responsive and went above and beyond. On the installation day, they were punctual, friendly, professional, quick and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them for any job and give a 5 out of 5!
