It was also tricky as you had to work around my outdoor air con unit - and your solution was brilliant. We are all so happy with the result. Job was cleaned up beautifully and I would not have known you were there. Absolutely recommend.

  I used St George Carpentry for my recent home renovation. Steve replaced my bedroom flooring with premium timber floors, replaced my doors and hardware with new stylish colonial style doors with architectural hardware. Steve also replaced my skirting board throughout the house with colonial style skirting. Very happy with the end product. Communication, punctuality and the work completed on time is an attribute to this company. Definitely would enlist the services of St George Carpentry again.

  I recently had the pleasure of hiring Steve to build a deck for the front of my house, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, Steve was meticulous about his work. His attention to detail was exceptional, and it really shows in the final product. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process; he kept me updated and was always clear about what he was doing and why. Steve went above and beyond what I expected, ensuring that everything was perfect, and his pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work delivered. I would highly recommend Steve for any carpentry work and will definitely be reaching out to him for future projects. Great experience all around!

  Have quite a long deck that wraps around the living area & had a pine deck which had been installed upside down & was over 30yrs old (over 170 lineal metres). The boys at St George Carpentry had to replace a couple of posts as well. The previous deck had multiple miter edges & the boys did a heap of work under the deck to allow the boards to run in the same direction (much better looking & easier for keeping clean). They worked through the rain to get the job done & were very detailed when it came to the quote & also the work on the deck. They made some good suggestions for adding a border - which would help protect from the weather. They took pride in their work & when there was unexpected costs (due to unseen dry rot under the previous deck) they provided the receipts & while they had factored in some extra work were reasonable with the added extra work cost. Am very happy with how the deck has come up & the boys worked long hours to get it done.Attached are some before & after photos - the darker timber is the before & the merbau is after
