Luke did renovations on our Laundry and Bathrooms last October. We are very happy with the process and the results. Luke is a good builder and things were done to an high standard. Just one of those personalities that say nothing is a problem (especially dealing with a hyper-active cocker spaniel puppy). His tradies were efficient, and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone local for sure.

Luke recently turned our garage/storage area into an ensuite bathroom and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive to detail, reliable, and communicated really well throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend Luke and his services, his trades or his communication style more highly. From the outset, Luke understood the scope and worked with me to make sure the outcome was exactly what we needed. His communication was excellent (as were his ideas), he is true to his word and he is passionate about achieving a high quality outcome. We achieved a full transformation of our place (entire/new bathroom, new laundry, fresh paint, new flooring, sanding of existing flooring, renovated built-ins, new lighting/electrical work, dealing with asbestos etc) and nothing was too big or too small for Luke. He took everything in his stride and genuinely helped out to make things as smooth as possible. He also came in right on time - which was again being communicated throughout the Reno. Luke remodelled my laundry from a boring 1980’s and impractical room into a modern functional space. He also replaced the vanity in my ensuite as well as making some other repairs.
