We engaged CBI for a bathroom renovation and the entire process and quality of work has been fantastic. Communication has been great, everything was very clear, well documented and transparent. Chris managed the team and timeline impeccably, there were trades at work daily and always on time. We would have no hesitation in working with CBI again in future. Highly recommend.

We are very happy with the work Chris completed at our home. He wasn't the cheapest quote we received, however that's because he actually knew what was required in the job and provided an in depth breakdown of the materials and labour required to complete the job properly. His communication was excellent, he was always on time and we felt confident in his abilities and workmanship. We wish we found Chris earlier for other renovation work we've had done!

Chris, of Custom Built, does an amazing job. He is meticulous with detail and very tidy. He is extremely organised, with all trades arriving in sinc, so that the job of building us a brand new bathroom ran very smoothly. I highly recommend him.

REASONABLY PRICED, EXEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP. Im so relieved to have found Chris. He is a qualified professional and his work reflects that. Positive experience from start to finish. I learned the hard way trying to save $ with a “handy man” & “tradie” of no particular specialty who did inferior quality work Ill have to redo. Chris was very reasonably priced, gave me options to suit my budget, he was on time, did beautiful work (noticeable high standard than the previous cowboys) and he cleaned up as he went along, respected my new floors, didn’t clunk tools down n scratch my dining table like the last guy. Didn’t leave screws on the vinyl floor and step on them, carried his gear, didn’t drag anything across my floor. Ive had tradies come to fix one thing and wreck another while theyre here. I am a fussy & usually difficult customer (my Dad was a meticulous builder & i always feel i have to keep an eye on tradies to make sure they don’t miss anything) Chris however takes pride in his work and the results speak for themselves. He treated my home with care like it was his own. Ive never been so relaxed while someone works on my home. I have complete confidence in Chris’s work and will definitely engage his services again.
