As a Building Designer, I have for many years recommended Dean and his Team at Black Diamond as a Preferred Contractor for my Projects. He is highly experienced, professional and his Team have always been a classic of "under promise and over deliver". I highly recommend Dean and look forward to working on many more Projects together.

Dean carried out an extensive and rather complicated external renovation for us recently. He and his team were amazing. He is excellent at communicating what’s going on, approachable, always super quick to reply to any issues, and is patient and flexible! Can’t say enough about him. 👍🏻👍🏻 All his tradies are just like him. Polite, helpful, professional. He has a great team. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.

We had the absolute pleasure of building with Black Diamond Constructions on our recent first floor extension. Dean and the team were always friendly, respectful and professional. They worked around/with us as we remained in the house during construction. We wanted a builder who could offer suggestions and ideas to improve our vision and Dean never disappointed! We highly recommend Black Diamond, they did an amazing job on our build! We absolutely love the end result and can’t imagine working with anyone else.

Dean and his crew have been excellent throughout our five month build. They finished on schedule and Dean communicated every step of the way. He had plenty of ideas and solutions to any problems that popped up and offered us the option to do certain things ourselves if we wanted to save a buck here and there. Their standard of work and materials is very high and they ensured everything was done properly and corners weren’t cut. All nice guys who work like champions. Thanks heaps Black Diamond Constructions.
