Both reports were thorough, well organized and easy to understand, they included photos as reference. Ryan was also very happy to chat through his findings on both properties. Overall the information provided allowed me the clarity to walk away from what would have been a costly purchase, and also the confidence to purchase the house I did! Worth every cent!
