  Nimai came over to assess some noncompliance issues we were having with our new build. I was impressed with his professionalism over the phone and on the day of the inspection. He is super friendly and easy to talk with, and genuinely cares about what he does. His knowledge of codes and standards is unbelievable, and he is a very good person to have in your corner.   I recently completed a new home build, and Nimai conducted thorough inspections at every stage of the process. I hadn’t anticipated the extent to which the builders would cut corners, but having Nimai there to advise me was incredibly reassuring. Engaging him from the start to finish enabled him to cross-check issues from previous inspections ensuring nothing was overlooked. On several occasions, the builder claimed defects had been rectified, only for Nimai to uncover that they hadn’t. His attention to detail and extensive industry experience proved invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services to anyone building a home.

  Nimai went absolutely above and beyond what I expected in his investigative and reporting process. He communicated clearly before and after my inspection, and gave me an incredibly detailed final report with a no BS approach, highlighting a major defect and a series of minor defects in the property I was interested in purchasing. Ultimately his report helped me make a well informed decision on the property. His vast experience in construction and what to look out for in properties of various eras is a really valuable tool too. Thanks again Nimai!
