The final report had extensive and detailed information about potential structural and pest damage, annotated photos of the specific issues, checklists, summary pages, tables listing out the inspections and findings for each room and even recommended local tradespeople. His offsider Cameron came when he promised, gave thorough information and advice about the inspections he was doing, and what it meant for our little home down the track, maintenance wise.
