Simon was referred to us by Armstrong Real Estate and has been a great help with some quick advice about our property. He responds quickly, and is very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

If you need a building inspection, Bloom Inspections is the way to go. The whole process was an absolute ease and pleasure to go through. We needed a pre-purchase inspection and after getting several quotes in the area, we found Bloom is the most reasonable and the reviews are great. Booking was very easy through the website, and Simon was very responsive when I needed to call to inquire a few things. Inspection was booked almost instantly and the report we received is extremely thorough and well-presented. What we appreciate the most was Simon’s professionalism and dedication to the highest standard. We found there is a major structural problem with the property, and Simon advised us carefully the next steps as well as explaining the issue to the vendor. After the vendor agreed to repair the damage for us, Simon went further length to inspect the spot again, without additional cost, to make sure the repair is sufficient. Throughout the whole process, communication with Simon was very easy and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended to anyone, we’ll definitely deal with him again in the future!

So pleased we used Bloom Inspections, they exceeded our expectations. Simon checked things that we otherwise would not have been aware of. This attention to detail is what we needed before purchasing.

As a first time home buyer, Simon was highly recommended by friends as the "go to" building and pest inspector. Simon is an accredited professional who has been in the building business for a couple of decades; with that wealth of knowledge and experience he delivered a prompt and detailed report. He was equally responsive to further queries that I had, and provides honest feedback and recommendations on areas he's not familiar with. Simon was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend him to anyone.
