  Nick Broadhurst completed the building inspection for my house in Watson when I sold it, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his service. He was extremely professional, very informative, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nick was also friendly and approachable, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. He will also tell you anything that needs fixing, so you can get a professional in to fix it, ensuring no hiccups in the negotiations and that the sale goes smoothly. I have sold many houses in the past, and I liked dealing with Nick most of all, as he is very personable. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a building inspection. You will be glad you did.

  I'm sharing this review after 2 year of my building inspection. The reason I'm sharing this review because I had a other building inspection done in Queensland. Inspection inspection guy in Queensland charged me around $600. When I compare with Nick's report? Report from Nick is so good and in detail that it help me to get the perfect result for what I want. If I want an any building report done I will always get it done from Nick. It was so detailed that even builder was surprised that someone can help customer in this manner. Nick took his best time to go through every little detail including all the little appliances working appropriately.

  I'm in the process of buying a house and the building report that came supplied with the contract didn't seem quite right. I engaged Nick to do a second check, and not only was he cheaper than the first inspector, his report was more thorough and far easier to understand. Highly recommended.

  I recently had a building and pest inspection completed by Nick, and I was extremely impressed with his service. The communication was excellent from start to finish, with clear updates provided throughout the process. Nick was fast, efficient, and the level of detail in his report was outstanding. His thoroughness and attention to detail made me feel confident in the findings. I will definitely use Nick again for any future inspections in the area. Highly recommended!

  After the severe thundertorms in December we had some roof damage with our insurance denying the full claim due to having 860mm truss CTS with tiled roof. Their engineer claimed 600mm CTS should be max for tiled roof. We hired Nick to undertake a building inspection report and he was able to find out that the claims provided by the insurance were wrong. Thanks to Nick's services, we were able to get the insurance to provide a make safe and temporary accommodation for 7 weeks while this happens. Dealing with Nick we were able to find the correct information and how to find information for ourselves to be able to refute the constant changes the insurance are making to suit their narrative. Not only did Nick undertake these works at high standard but he also taught me how to research and where to look for the information relevant to my problems and the options and channels I have at my disposal. When I first called Nick he gave me a speech about how his name means liberator, turns out that the meaning of his name is very accurate to Nick as a person. Was a breath of fresh air having to deal with someone like Nick after the insurance. I'm still fighting the insurance claim and I still have some options that Nicks given me at my disposal which is nice because I no longer feel defenceless. When we buy another home I will definitely be getting Nick to complete a inspection for us. He has great communication and is a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend him and his services.
