Jim's Building Inspections Wanniassa

I want to highly recommend Rob from Jim's Building Inspection's Wanniassa. Rob conducted a highly detailed building report filled with images. Due to the report, we decided not to purchase the property as we would have needed to undertake considerate repairs to the property. Thanks to Rob's report and help, he saved us a lot of time and money. We then purchased a house that required no urgent repairs. We are so grateful to Rob for his expertise, professionalism and diligent care. Rob went out of his way to explain the report to us by phone. Due to this, I would 100% recommend Rob as outstanding as a building inspector. 5 stars all the way!

Rob was super efficient and thorough when doing our pre-purchase inspection! He got it done very quickly for us & includes lots of photos for reference as well as some suggestions on how to manage minor defects. Can always trust Jim’s to do the job!

Rob was very quick to respond to my initial request for a pre-purchase building and pest inspection through the Jim's Building Inspections website. From there, it was a rather seamless experience as Rob suggested a date and then coordinated the inspection with the seller's agent. Throughout the process, Rob demonstrated the utmost professionalism and friendliness. The report was very detailed and made clear each finding's severity and proposed mitigations. Highly recommend.

I was extremely impressed with the inspection report provided by Rob Jelly. It was very thorough, clearly explained, and the inclusion of (extensive) photographs was particularly helpful. The quality of the work was outstanding, and it gave me a great deal of confidence in understanding the condition of the property. Although I ultimately didn’t proceed with the purchase, the report was invaluable in informing my decision.
