Chris and the team did a great job of explaining the new legislation and checking our pool for compliance. Chris worked with us to develop a fully compliant solution. It took us a while to get the work done but he happily came back for a final check. The certificate and payment were lodged a couple of day later. All up Canberra Pool Inspections took the hassle and stress out of the process and were friendly and efficient as well.

The service Chris provides is invaluable! Not only does he provide a detailed report of what’s needed to make a pool compliant, he’s also available for consultation during the rectification process and then comes out again to certify, all for 1 fee! Chris always turns up on time, communicates clearly and provides reports and certificates quickly! Outstanding service and I highly recommend!!

The whole process from booking to inspection and report was far more expedient, uncomplicated and significantly less stressful than I was expecting. And my inspector, Chris, freely answered my questions with kindness. Chris shared regulations and his expertise and the most affordable fixes to bring my windows opening and fences etc up to 2026 standards. And there is no additional fee for the re-inspection once I have scheduled and complete the work within my budget and time constaints. I even texted and emailed to ask a few follow up questions and received reply and advice straight away. And he offered to communicate requiememts with my fencer or tradies so they only install fences or do maintenance on my fences that will pass inspection. That takes so much pressure of me because I don't want to pay more than I need to or waste money on upgrades that won't pass re-inspection and it makes trades accountable to the fact that their work will be inspected.

It was great to deal with someone who understood the rules, was able to explain the reasons for decisions and what was needed to be compliant. It was an excellent experience and would highly recommend Canberra Pool Inspections to anyone with a pool.
