Our situation was quite complicated because our builder went into liquidation before completing the final compliance documentation required for the Occupation Certificate. We were left with several outstanding certificates and were unsure how to proceed. Nick was extremely helpful from the beginning. He carefully reviewed our situation, clearly explained what was required to resolve the compliance gaps, and guided us through the process step by step.   Hi Everyone I called Thai to get some information regarding a small renovation at my house converting the 3 bedroom to 4 bedroom house. Thai was very precise, accurate and informative. Following his instructions I came to know that I need no approval from DA office, whereas, at the same time another certifying company asked me to pay more than $4000 to get the project certified. I think the above business is honest when it comes to giving instructions and not there in the industry to ripoff. Based on my personal experience I would highly recommend them.
